The Library

This is something that we feel really passionate about at (UN)Broken. Where are you placing your attention the most? Who or what is taking prominence in your mind? What are your greatest influences?

These are questions that you really need to consider. There is so much that is detracting from the human experience by virtue of increasing comparison, decreasing connection and making us all less human.

Start to look at your everyday experiences and see where your attention is taken to the most – from the moment we wake up to the moment you go to sleep. Examine where you are dragged to and where you are motivated towards. How do you feel about all of this?

What kind of people are you mostly with? What kind of interactions do you mostly have? What kindness, care and nurture do you have every single day? It is important that you consider this.

We all need each other. We all need our tribe. We all need to belong.

Real connection, not virtual connection.

Take your influences from where you can get real connection and integration. Not plastic, flimsy, non-connections.

Connect not reject
