The start of February brings a new cycle for (UN)Broken, one where we really embrace the concept of freedom through kindness.

So what does this actually mean?

Just take a look at some of your challenges in life, really take a look at them and have a ponder about how you meet those challenges or how you recover those challenges. Do you tend to reward yourself when meeting adversities or do you think about what would support you in moving beyond those times?

This whole month those on the soulship are going to be exploring their own self-concept of themselves and how they are kind or if they do lapse into indulgence more than they should.

So start to think about this and become aware of and then accept your patterns.

When something bad happens what do you do to recover? How does this make you feel in the short term, the medium term and long term?

When something good happens what do you do to celebrate? How does this make you feel in the short term, the medium term and long term?

What are your thoughts on Kindness? Mind map these and see what information you discover.

What are your thoughts on Indulgence? Mind map these and see what information you discover.

When we realise the difference between kindness and indulgence then we can start to make choices that support us in a life away from habits that detract from our splendour and move us into a life that is full of wonder and amazement!
