Are you connected or disconnected?

Have you ever really thought about this question or do you just rush through life with no conscious desire to be connected?

Have you ever thought of the importance of connection?

People need connection. Connection is vital not only for our biological function but also our well-being.

I’m talking about real connection not a quick email, not a quick dash from one place to another, not a hurried conversation.

I’m talking about being in the moment, noticing where I am, where everything else is and being able to just appreciate the world at large.

Do you look at where you are? Do you look at who you are with? Are included or excluded? All important questions to consider.

Joy is connection, it is an internal essential ingredient of life. It is not a fantasy of illusion saved for special occasions. Joy is the here and it is the now. It is the past, the present and the future.

It is there in our meaning, there in our value, it supports our contentment, it is essential for our thriving.

Think about joy, think about what it means for you, connect with joy, thrive with joy.
